Role Summary

Return Associates inspects garments and other products returned from customers to ensure the quality is up to standard to be resold.

Responsibilities

• Identify visual and odor defects in returned garments and other products.
• Able to identify counterfeit garments
• Handle and inspect various materials.
• Work efficiently to meet production standards.
• Correctly refund customers using Salt and FDM4
• Other tasks and deemed necessary to ensure customer compliance, safety, and all company rules, policies and guidelines are met.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand up 12 hours at a time.
• Must be able to go up two flights of stairs multiple times in a day
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Basic computer literacy is necessary
• Must be able to read and understand English
• Good communication.
• An ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• The ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourcefulness and adaptability to changes
