Inventory Control Clerk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Clerk to join our team. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for tracking inventory levels, maintaining accurate records, performing regular stock counts, and ensuring inventory is properly organized and accounted for. This role plays a critical part in our supply chain and operations, helping ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, count, and record incoming inventory.

  • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas for efficiency and cleanliness.

  • Conduct regular and scheduled cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Update inventory systems and databases accurately and promptly.

  • Assist with stock transfers, returns, and shipments as needed.

  • Communicate with warehouse staff, purchasing, and management regarding inventory levels or issues.

  • Assist in identifying low-stock or overstock situations and report findings.

  • Follow all safety and company policies during inventory handling.

  • Will be using equipment called Joey to do inventory high up on the racks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or related field preferred.

  • Familiarity with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS) is a plus.

  • Basic math and computer skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Effective communication skills and a team-player attitude.

Work Schedule:

  • Tuesday - Friday 5:30am to 4pm

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
