Returns Clerk

Abacus Staffing is sourcing a Returns Clerk in Henderson, NV. As a Returns Clerk, you will play an important part of the Returns team by organizing and completing all warranty, quality control, repairs and returns duties. You'll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensures all returns are created and processed accurately within goals of service.
• Ensures all returns are processed according to client requirements (removal of tags, polybagged, etc.)
• When required, source third parties for repair requirements that will not be done by NRI.
• Serves as a backup in the absence of the returns lead.
• Troubleshoot when faced with discrepancies, anomalies or transit caused issues.
• Call out any potential issues or roadblocks

Skills, Abilities, & Expectations

• Ability to learn basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

Education/Experience

• Must have 3+ months of experience in the Returns department
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, comfortable with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
