Key Holder Responsibilities

  • Drive exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
  • Become knowledgeable about our products to effectively share features and benefits with customers.
  • Meet measurable goals focused on transaction metrics and customer engagement.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and advertisements.
  • Maintain merchandising standards and assist with store organization and cleanliness.
  • Help manage merchandise processing and floor stock replenishment.
  • Process transactions accurately and maintain cash accountability.
  • Develop skills and improve performance with support from the leadership team.
  • Complete all opening and closing procedures and adhere to time and attendance policies.
  • Follow company policies and legal regulations at all times.
  • Be ready to undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Exemplify high-quality work, attendance, and presentation.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as necessary.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% to assist local stores.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
