In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you will actively engage potential members through self-generated and company-sponsored initiatives, promotional activities, and referrals. Your lively sales approach, coupled with a magnetic personality, will motivate new members to achieve their fitness goals.

Position Purpose: Establish connections with prospective members, guide them through the enrollment process, and engage with them post-enrollment to ensure their successes.

• This position is part-time at 20 hours a week, requiring availability every Thursday and at least one weekend day.

Requirements:

• Must successfully pass a background check.

Other Responsibilities:

• Member engagement.
• Building and equipment maintenance and safety.

Accountabilities:

• Membership Sales (for both Club and Individual memberships, including services, products, and programs).
• Membership Billing.
• Customer Service (providing a friendly, helpful, and clean environment with effective problem resolution).
• Information Hub (possessing product knowledge and awareness of programs and events).

Eligible for additional compensation includes:

• Variable income opportunities through commission.
• Tenure Pay.

HOURLY POSITION - POTENTIAL ANNUAL EARNING AMOUNT
$13 - $14 USD
