As a Quality Control Supervisor at PepsiCo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our ingredients and finished products consistently meet our high-quality standards. Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance in areas such as water treatment, product batching, testing, and supplier evaluation.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of production equipment and its influence on product quality.
• Ensure compliance with comprehensive food safety programs, including GMP, sanitation practices, and regulatory audits.
• Keep abreast of process enhancements and technical advancements in the industry.
• Develop team capabilities through proactive hiring, training, and communication with both management and frontline employees.
• Empower your team to tackle day-to-day operational challenges and meet performance goals.
• Lead change initiatives while ensuring minimal disruption to personnel.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to effectively resolve operational issues.
• Inspire your team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Oversee all regulatory audits and inspections, including AIB, FDA, and ISO F2200 standards.
• Administer company policies and procedures to foster a safe and productive work environment.
• Ensure regular and predictable attendance on the plant floor.
• Be prepared for occasional lifting up to 40 lbs. as required.
• Adapt to various weather conditions while performing your duties.
• Occasionally operate forklifts and manufacturing equipment.
• Be flexible to work off-shift and weekends as necessary.
• Some travel may be required (less than 5%).
• Work a rotating schedule of 2-2-3, from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Compensation and Benefits

• The expected salary range for this role is $64,300 - $107,650, based on your location, skills, experience, and education.
• Bonus opportunities based on performance (target payout is 8% of annual salary).
• Paid time off includes parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement, subject to eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in quality control within a high-speed manufacturing environment, ideally in consumer packaged goods.
• Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
• Skilled in providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Ability to lead collaborative, team-oriented decision-making processes.
• Experience working in a results-driven environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States indefinitely.
