The Receptionist greets and direct visitors and callers and serves as a key member of the administrative support team, providing office and administrative support to staff.

We can't get around this - to qualify you must have:

• A minimum of one year of successful experience working in an office environment with heavy phone and public contact responsibilities.
• Knowledge of general office practices. Proficient in Microsoft Word and familiar with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English over the phone.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals.

• Ability to work well in a busy atmosphere, and to self-motivate, independent of direct supervision all a plus!
