Inventory Control Associate

Location: North Las Vegas, NV 89032

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time, 100% Onsite

Assignment Length: Contract through September 2026

Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour


Position Overview

The Inventory Control Associate will work closely with production and logistics teams to support inventory control, reconciliation, order processing, and administrative functions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate stock levels, supporting production planning, and coordinating logistics related to battery production operations.


Key Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols, including proper use of required PPE.

• Support inventory control and reconciliation processes, including performing inventory and cycle counts.

• Monitor and maintain critical stock levels to support battery production programs.

• Reconcile inventory reports and ensure accuracy across systems.

• Collect, enter, and manage data for battery and component orders.

• Coordinate order processing and logistics arrangements with internal production teams and external logistics partners.

• Interact with customers and program stakeholders via phone, email, chat, and in-person to resolve inventory-related inquiries and concerns.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.

• Collaborate with management to implement and improve efficient production processes.

• Provide status updates during bi-weekly team meetings.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.


Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior experience in inventory control, production planning, logistics, or administrative support preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).

• Strong computer skills with experience navigating multiple systems and software platforms.

• Ability to reconcile reports and maintain data accuracy.

• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced production environment.
