1st Shift Forklift - Reach

Forklift operators at Arvato work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility. Duties typically include handling inventory, supporting picking and packing operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and following all safety and 5S procedures. Operators may also use RF scanners, perform basic data entry in warehouse systems (such as SAP/ERP), and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

1st Shift Forklift - Reach Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

Position Summary: The Material Handler is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. This position requires extensive hands-on experience operating CROWN reach trucks, along with stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers. The Material Handler plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production flow, and ensuring materials are properly staged and stored using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

1st Shift Forklift - Reach Qualifications:

• Ability to perform all essential warehouse and forklift duties satisfactorily.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet shipment deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of Crown reach truck experience, as well as experience operating a cherry picker, sit-down forklift, and stand-up forklift.
