APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify a Data Entry Specialist

Location: Las Vegas, NV (4 days per week onsite)

Position: Data Entry Specialist

Salary: $17-$19/hr

Duration: 6 months

Schedule: Mon-Friday – Start time 6am – OT as needed

Gaming License – Yes

Role Overview:

This individual will pull reports from Oracle, ServiceMax, and other databases, and assist with scheduling technicians for service calls. The role requires strong multitasking skills and comfort working across multiple systems.

Job Summary:

Responsible for retrieving reports and documentation to support the scheduling process.

Essential Job Functions:

• Retrieval of documentation from various systems
• Update multiple databases in a timely manner--Including Excel Workbook for scheduling tracking.
• Excellent email etiquette
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively negotiate and drive resolutions as required with professionalism.
• Must be able to adapt to change and a fast-paced environment.
• Must have the ability to work independently and direct a group of individuals.
• Demonstrate the ability to organize and manage
• Beginner level for Internet Browser and MS suite programs: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
• Other duties as assigned

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with Outlook and Excel
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional email communication skills
• Comfortable updating and managing multiple databases
