Crescent Hotels & Resorts - 330 South Grand Central Parkway - Responsibilities: Operate the telephone to handle incoming calls; Process guest requests for wake-up calls, call identification, and other related services; Inform guests of any messages received and deliver them to their rooms upon request; Attend to log, and process all calls, requests, questions, or concerns from guests; Record all guest requests or issues in the computer system and follow-up to ensure resolution
