Our base pay will be competitive based on your skills and experience, and you will also have opportunities to earn bonuses as part of our team. Please note that temporary associates do not qualify for benefits, but can participate in our 401(k) program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean floors, dust surfaces, remove trash, wet mop, wax, and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms, and communal spaces.
• Respond promptly to resident room emergencies and log cleaning activities as necessary.
• Engage with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner, enhancing their experience within our community.
