Job Summary
We need an Administrative Assistant who can hit the ground running, answer customer phone calls, describe our services, and provide all-around support to our team.
Responsibilities
Support owner with day-to-day tasks of running the business
Answer customer phone calls and manage customer inquiries
Enter customer information into our field service management system as necessary (training provided)
Help with getting quotes and completed work reports to customers
Order parts from various manufacturers and vendors
Qualifications
Self-starter, independent, efficient with clear communication skills
Above-average computer abilities. Easily handle spreadsheets, experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), email attachments and file organization, etc.
Good-natured with extremely professional customer service skills
Experience working with a team
Honest, responsible, reliable, efficient, hard worker
Prior administrative experience is a plus
