SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:

• Proficient in Drywall Repair
• Expertise in Texturing
• Experience with Shower Tile Installation
• Finish Carpentry Skills
• Installation of Doors and Hardware
• Culminating in Cabinetry, Trim, and Millwork Installation
• Retro Window Installation Knowledge
• Exterior Siding Repair and Installation Abilities
• Rough Framing with Metal/Wood Expertise
• Familiarity with a Variety of Power Tools
• Capable of Working Independently to Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues

REQUIREMENTS:
