Facility Maintenance Tech

This position requires mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn the skills of the trade, with a basic knowledge in one or more of the following: electrical, plumbing, construction.

Duties - Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment. - Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and create a plan for repairs. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management. - Install appliances, fixtures, and equipment. - Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies

Requirements - Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role. - Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. - Ability to use hand and power tools effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
