Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Assist hospital staff with de-escalation of situations involving patients; restrain combative individuals as necessary (within company and customer guidelines); Transport deceased patients to the morgue, as needed; Assist in escorting patients from helicopter pad (high elevation) to the emergency room; Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations
