Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Assist hospital staff with de-escalation of situations involving patients; restrain combative individuals as necessary (within company and customer guidelines); Transport deceased patients to the morgue, as needed; Assist in escorting patients from helicopter pad (high elevation) to the emergency room; Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with clinical staff and local responders as directed.
