Compensation Range: $19 to $23 Hourly (DOE)
A well-established and growing electrical distribution company is seeking a professional, highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and employees.
This role is critical to maintaining a polished, efficient front office and supporting daily branch operations.
What You'll Do
• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and route high-volume incoming calls accurately and efficiently
• Support branch leadership with administrative tasks and coordination
• Manage mail, deliveries, and general office organization
• Assist with basic data entry, document preparation, and reporting
• Maintain a clean, organized front office environment
• Support HR and operations with onboarding paperwork and scheduling coordination
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, sales, and leadership teams
What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
• Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future
