This position is responsible for protecting the assets of Downtown Grand while interacting with guests and Team Members ensuring the utmost in guest service.

Maintain knowledge of current casino promotions in order to accurately provide information to customers
Build and maintain relationships with customers utilizing friendly and polite demeanor
Maintains familiarity with all areas of the property
Maintains security to ensure the safety of the company and guests
Protect the company and its assets from theft, vandalism, and illegal activities including the customers, business, and employees
Leadership skills, professionalism, and ability to remain calm during stressful situations
Must have effective communication skills. Superior guest service experience preferred
