On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, we have a job fair inside Gilley's Restaurant @ 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please apply online and come in for an interview.Specific Job Functions:* Ensure proper flatware and appropriate plates are on table prior to food being delivered* Pick up order allowing for proper distribution.* Condiments will be delivered before or at the time the food is served* Present each item and confirm guest satisfaction and offer any additional services* Serve ladies first, repeat with men, end with host* All food should be served from the right with the right hand* Refresh all beverages, and offer to replenish cocktail order* Ensure tables are properly set, side stations are clean, and side work is properly completed* Assist with initial guest complaints and inform manager on duty immediately* Maintain side stations in a clean and orderly manner* Maintain prescribed par stock levels in side stations* Pre-bus tables as guest's finish their dish* Assist with proper stock rotation* Keep dining room floor clean and free of excess debris/liquids at all times* Polish Silverware* Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the departmentQualifications:* Previous Food-Runner Experience or Food and Beverage experience required.* Must have an excellent upbeat attitude with the ability to interact with people of diverse backgrounds* Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms* This position requires all employees to wear black slip resistant shoes as part of their uniform
