Our Sanitation crew keeps our stores spotless - ensuring all front and back of house areas are clean.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, wash and clean all debris from counters, display cases and floors. Clean prep areas, walls and storage racks.
• Pick up loose trash in all areas and dispose of it to centralreceptacle.
• Clean drains, dishwashing machines, ovens, walk-in coolers, fryers, and other equipment as required.
• Cleans restrooms with approved chemicals, empties trash.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Performs additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the store.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Prior janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Must have Clark County Health Card
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Janitors can expect to work an 8 hour shift on average, including weekends and holidays. Our stores are 24/7!
