Our Doughnut Dealers (Front Counter) team members are key to the smooth running of a shift by ensuring great service and accurate cash handling.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Interact with employees, customers, and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor - always being of service to thosearound you.
• Learn about all of our delicious doughnuts so you can make product recommendations to customers.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Performs additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the store.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Must have health card or approved online health certification
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 25 pounds.
• Constant face-to-face interactions with employees and customers.
• Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Front Counter team members can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours, and will have additional opening/closing responsibilities.
