Avolta - - Responsibilities: Supervise stock associates during assigned shifts to ensure proper execution of receiving, stocking, and inventory management procedures; Coordinate incoming freight operations including receiving, counting, and processing merchandise deliveries; report shortages, overages, and damaged goods with documentation; Assign tasks and priorities to stock team members; provide coaching and training on stocking procedures; Manage stock replenishment to maintain adequate inventory levels and coordinate with sales staff on out-of-stock merchandise; Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels, process orders, and assist with cycle counts and annual inventory preparations
