We are seeking an experienced House Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee the operations of a high-profile private residence that also functions as a business headquarters. This role combines estate-level household management with hands-on personal and scheduling support.
The ideal candidate is operationally strong, highly organized, discreet, and comfortable balancing physical household responsibilities with calendar and travel coordination.
ROLE SUMMARY
This is a dual-function position responsible for:
• Managing the daily operations of a 15,000+ sq ft private residence
• Supporting the principal with scheduling, travel logistics, and personal administration
The role requires strong judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
