What You'll Be Doing:

• Engage with warm inbound leads looking for options to eliminate their timeshare obligations. No cold calling.
• Qualify prospective clients and set appointments with our expert resolution specialists.
• Build rapport and provide a consultative, solution-focused experience.
• Confidently handle objections and explain our services clearly.
• Accurately log all activity and client interactions in our CRM.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in call center, inbound sales, or customer service roles
• Strong phone communication – persuasive, empathetic, and professional
• Proven ability to overcome objections and set high-quality appointments
• Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Self-motivated and possess a team mentality
• Familiarity with timeshare , debt relief , or high-ticket sales is a bonus
