Overview:

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family here at Jimmy John's!

The Jimmy Johns Team Member is a non-tip position who will be responsible for greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service while making fast and accurate sandwiches.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact.
• Adhere to all food, safety, and security guidelines.
• Help maintain a clean environment.
• Assist in prepping product, and complete other tasks inside the restaurant.
• Make fast and accurate sandwiches.
• Execute quality store operations.
• Must be able to work high volume peak times.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. throughout shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift.
• Must be able to walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40`F to -10`F.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to assigned work location.
• Must be able to work various shifts
