ROLE

Primarily responsible for taking guest orders and serving food and beverages at Olioli, an outdoor poolside outlet offering Dole Whip, made-to-order tacos, and fresh lemonade. This position plays a key role in creating a fun, welcoming guest experience while maintaining accuracy, speed, and food safety standards. The Olioli Cashier works closely with kitchen staff and other team members in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. This position pays an hourly rate plus tips.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests in a friendly, upbeat, and professional manner
• Take and accurately enter guest orders using the POS system
• Prepare and serve Tacos, Dole Whip, fresh lemonade, and other beverages according to restaurant standards
• Communicate food orders clearly and professionally to kitchen staff
• Follow proper LGG check and payment processing procedures
• Reconcile receipts as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service, prep, and guest areas
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively as part of a high-energy, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Previous cashier or food service experience preferred but not required
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment near a pool
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced setting
