MasterBrand Cabinets - 6052 E. North Belt Road - Responsibilities: Coach team members using MPS tools such as SOS, TPM, and 5S; Collaborate with support teams (CI/Quality) to problem solve on a daily basis; Responsible for immediate line-side problem solving tied to safety, quality and efficiency; Complete repairs as they arise; Fill in for team members as they briefly step away from their line position for restroom break, office visit, etc.
