Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Assistant Store Manager located in Las Vegas, NV. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing store staff, handling retail loss prevention, and maintaining store appearance. Additional responsibilities include training and motivating staff, resolving customer concerns, and meeting sales targets.

• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous
