Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Las Vegas, NV, for a Front Desk/Aesthetic Sales professional. The role involves greeting clients, answering phone inquiries with professional etiquette, managing appointments, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the reception area. The individual will also assist with administrative tasks, coordinate patient communications, and support aesthetic sales by providing information and guidance about cosmetic procedures and treatments offered.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including professionalism in handling client inquiries and managing appointments.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a positive and seamless experience for all clients and patients.
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including managing scheduling software and other office tools effectively.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a dynamic and client-focused environment.
• A background in sales or an interest in the aesthetics and cosmetic surgery industry is advantageous.
