Highgate Hotels - - Responsibilities: Maintain Highgate Hotel Standards in all assigned lobby areas and public spaces; Communicate with guests and fellow employees in a courteous and attentive manner; Follow hotel safety procedures and use proper two-way radio etiquette; Handle Lost and Found items according to hotel standards; Report maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
