Title: Mitigation TechnicianLocation: Las Vegas, NVWe help homeowners restore their homes and peace of mind after unexpected damage. As a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis Restoration, you'll support customers during difficult situations such as water, fire, or mold damage. This is an important, entry-level role where you'll learn valuable skills, work as part of a team, and make a meaningful impact. We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in helping others and want to grow with our company.What does a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis do?* Serve others within your community in their time of need* Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property* Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood and fire damage)* Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technologyJob Responsibilities* Perform restoration and cleanup services (including water mitigation, mold remediation, and basic demolition) under supervision* Provide excellent customer service throughout each project* Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work vehicle and equipment* Assist with setting up equipment, temporary structures, and preparing materials for removal* Clean and care for tools and equipment used on the job* Participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable by phone as needed* Support warehouse and facility tasks when requiredJob Requirements* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent* Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen* Written and verbal fluency in English* Valid driver's license* Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if neededPhysical Requirements* Ability to lift 75+ pounds frequently* Exposure to potentially extreme weather conditions* Standing, lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, for 8-12+ hours per dayBenefits* 3 weeks of paid time off* 7 company paid holidays* 401(k) with company match* Medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental and disability insurance options offered* On-the-job training to develop new skills
