Five Below - 2025 East Lake Mead Boulevard - Responsibilities: Wow the Customer through personal contact with customers and train crew on the BEST customer service experience to ensure fast, friendly checkout.; Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager.; Lead front end operations and merchandising to meet or exceed brand standards; ensure front-end equipment is working and staff trained.; Open and close procedures, maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers.; Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence.
