* *Position:* Nuclear Medicine Technologist -PET/CT
* *Location:* San Martin Oncology Clinic – Intermountain Health
* *Schedule:* PRN, as needed
* *Pay: *$42.66 -$65.82/hr depending upon experience
*Essential Functions*
* Maintain ARRT or modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functions
* Ensure proper patient identification, order verification, and exam preparation
* Perform exams per department protocol; review images for quality and accuracy
* Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
* Follow NRC, Division of Radiation Control, and other regulatory agency standards
* Complete studies within acceptable timeframes without compromising care
* Assist and instruct students and other technologists in procedures and equipment use
* Provide patient education, ensure comfort, and address concerns
* Practice proper infection control and sterile techniques
* Operate imaging equipment and related systems to ensure quality results
* Maintain accurate records per state and Joint Commission requirements
* Follow protocols for medical necessity, coding, charging, consents, QC, and equipment reporting

* Current license in state of practice
* Clinical board certification (ARRT or NMTCB)
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* IV certification
* One year of clinical Nuclear Medicine experience
*Preferred Qualifications*
* One year of clinical PET/CT experience
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
