Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

Drafting and leading the execution of field plans that include incumbent protection and targeted GOP-held seats

Assisting in the management of staff

Facilitating the training and development of field staff

Managing a paid canvass operation

Recruiting and engaging volunteers

Maintaining relationships with partner organizations

Ensuring that all metrics related to field activities are properly tracked

Other assigned duties

Qualifications and Skills:

At least two cycles of field experience on issue or electoral campaigns, with one cycle managing staff

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Extensive experience with Votebuilder

Willing to work campaign hours, including nights and weekends and travel as needed

Positive attitude and ability to motivate staff members

Committed to details, results, meeting goals, and tracking/using data to inform decisions

Ability to approach problem-solving with creativity

Nevada ties a plus, but it is not required
