Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and leading the execution of field plans that include incumbent protection and targeted GOP-held seats
• Assisting in the management of staff
• Facilitating the training and development of field staff
• Managing a paid canvass operation
• Recruiting and engaging volunteers
• Maintaining relationships with partner organizations
• Ensuring that all metrics related to field activities are properly tracked
• Other assigned duties

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least two cycles of field experience on issue or electoral campaigns, with one cycle managing staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Extensive experience with Votebuilder
• Willing to work campaign hours, including nights and weekends and travel as needed
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate staff members
• Committed to details, results, meeting goals, and tracking/using data to inform decisions
• Ability to approach problem-solving with creativity
• Nevada ties a plus, but it is not required
