Maintain and update records within the ERP system as well as external vendor systems and affiliated technology
Reconcile variances in cost and retail data from expected against actual
Research, suggest and resolve any issues by exception daily and work with vendors to resolve any discrepancies
Enter, record, post and verify monthly promotional activity changes as instructed by category leaders
Review, investigate and resolve any service tickets and issues observed and reported by store employees
Regularly review key data sources to identify and analyze trends and patterns. Communicate any potential improvements or adjustments needed to improve operational accuracy to appropriate company leaders
Work with multiple departments to resolve any issues related to Pricebook

Experience and Education:
Required:
Strong analytical skills
Must have strong attention to detail
Demonstrated competency in mathematics
Prior, demonstrated experience with Microsoft office, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Ability to effectively manage time, organize, prioritize tasks/projects and multi-task
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work and think independently as well as to operate effectively as part of a team
Preferred:
Previous experience working with a c-store company
Previous experience with PDI ERP systems
Essential Physical Requirements:
Some local travel by car
Must be able to sit/stand up for up to a full 8-hour shift, in the performance of the position
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and under stressful and changing conditions and priorities
Must be able to use a desktop and lap top computer as well as mobile device and desk phone to accomplish duties
Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
