The Opportunity You will serve as the operational heartbeat of our Las Vegas branch, transforming administrative workflows into a competitive advantage. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead a residential service office through a high-growth transition while ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and integrity.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Orchestrate daily front-office workflows to ensure maximum operational speed and administrative accuracy.
  • Synchronize dispatch and scheduling activities to optimize technician routes and reduce response times.
  • Manage high-volume customer communications to deliver a premium service experience at every touchpoint.
  • Execute precise invoicing and billing processes to maintain healthy branch cash flow and financial accountability.
  • Standardize internal paperwork and documentation protocols to support a seamless post-acquisition transition.
  • Lead administrative change management initiatives to align local office functions with modern company standards.
  • Cultivate a stable and dependable office environment that supports field teams and ownership goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience managing office operations within a residential service or trade-based business.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in dispatching, complex scheduling, and service-industry software.
  • Strong background in financial administration, including invoicing, billing, and basic collections.
  • Proven ability to lead administrative teams through periods of organizational change or transition.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Advanced experience with ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or similar residential service management platforms.
  • Previous leadership involvement in a business acquisition or ownership transition environment.
  • Deep familiarity with the Las Vegas residential service market and local customer expectations.
