The role provides the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners, including senior leaders recognized for their expertise in complex commercial litigation and financial services disputes.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a broad range of commercial litigation matters
  • Handle discovery, motion practice, and legal research
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
  • Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
  • Work on construction and real estate disputes as core areas of practice
  • Contribute to financial services litigation and other complex disputes
  • Collaborate closely with partners and engage in client-facing work

Requirements

  • Member of the Nevada Bar
  • 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience
  • Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
  • Experience or interest in construction and real estate litigation
  • Exposure to financial services litigation is an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Business-minded and comfortable in a collaborative, client-facing environment
