Provide visible, proactive guest service on the table games floor by greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with requests
Resolve guest concerns and disputes professionally while maintaining game integrity
Model Circus Circus service standards through professional presence and positive engagement
Maintain appropriate game pace to balance guest enjoyment and operational efficiency
Casino Floor Operations
Independently manage table assignments, dealer rotations, fills and credits, and table adjustments based on guest volume and floor activity
Monitor guest flow and notify management when opening or closing tables is necessary
Maintain proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated play
Verify table inventories and ensure accurate reconciliation of table accounts
Game Protection & Compliance
Observe games, players, and dealers to ensure adherence to house rules, payoffs, dealer procedures, and internal controls
Ensure compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations and company gaming policies
Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and escalate concerns in accordance with Title 31/AML requirements
Ensure all documentation and required procedures are completed accurately and timely
Leadership & Team Development
Directly supervise table games dealers and ensure adherence to service, performance, and compliance standards
Provide coaching, feedback, and mentoring to support dealer skill development and performance improvement
Promote teamwork, accountability, recognition, and a positive work environment
Support onboarding and ongoing development of dealer team members
Player Tracking & Reporting
Accurately track player activity including buy-ins, length of play, average bet, and win/loss
Utilize casino management systems to input and retrieve player information
Communicate relevant operational and guest information to casino leadership in a timely manner
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in table games
Strong knowledge of house rules, payoffs, dealer procedures, and game protection standards
Experience using casino/player tracking systems required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration
Professional appearance and demeanor required
Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory experience in a high-volume casino environment
Knowledge of Title 31 and Anti-Money Laundering procedures
Experience in coaching and developing team members
Physical & Work Environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent bending, reaching, and mobility on the casino floor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with noise and secondhand smoke
Ability to respond quickly to guest and operational situations
