Merrill Gardens - 1935 Paseo Verde Parkway - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care; Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided; Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed (Chart by exception); Maintain accurate documentation and charts for resident care; Support residents wellness and dignity within a compassionate caregiving environment
