Lifetime Fitness - - Responsibilities: Adheres to the daily needs for the Bistro, including stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety of kitchen; Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes; Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations; Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food; Prepares food in a timely manner following food safety guidelines
