Position Summary – Las Vegas, Nevada

The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, service quality, driver performance, and safety compliance. This hands-on leadership role manages our team of drivers, ensuring excellent customer service, strong operational discipline, and adherence to company standards and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage field drivers to ensure high service quality and professionalism
  • Monitor and audit service quality, including daily review of service photos and monthly field audits
  • Conduct routine customer check-ins and address service issues promptly
  • Manage driver performance, hiring, training, coaching, and discipline
  • Lead safety initiatives and enforce zero tolerance for unsafe behavior
  • Monitor driving behavior using telematics (Samsara) and provide corrective coaching
  • Manage daily scheduling, route coverage, and emergency response as needed
  • Support field repairs, unit installs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Maintain inventory, equipment usage, and company assets
  • Approve timesheets, manage time-off requests, and report field performance metrics

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Previous experience leading field teams or operations-based staff
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Safety-focused mindset with attention to detail and accountability
  • Ability to make fast decisions and problem solve for customers and team.
  • Willingness to provide hands-on support, including running routes when needed
  • Experience in or strong knowledge in a route-based industry
