Job Title: Event Coordinator III

Duration: 06 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE

Location: Las Vegas, NV 89118

Pay Rate: $28 - $30 hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY

• Support planning and execution of live and virtual events - including flagship activations, ensuring seamless logistics.

• Coordinate event setup, onsite logistics, inventory, and troubleshooting, and volunteer staff.

• Liaise with vendors, talent, & production teams, including partners and deliverables.

• Support event tech setup, livestreaming, tournament hardware, and broadcast logistics.

• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Skills:

• 1-3 Years of experience, ideally in the video gaming, esports, or related industry.

• Experience supporting live and virtual events, tournaments, or brand activations.

• Experience assisting with budget tracking and expense management.

• Familiarity with livestreaming platforms, event production, and broadcast technology.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Education:

• 4 Year College Degree, BA or BS from accredited university/college or equivalent experience.

• Hybrid, (3) days a week on-site.
