Job Title: Litigation Attorney

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Schedule: Hybrid (1-2 days remote after training)

Salary: $95,000-$145,000 + bonus

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well-established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Nevada seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team. This role will manage a full litigation caseload from filing through trial. The firm handles a variety of matters including motor vehicle accidents, sexual harassment, and premises liability. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is passionate about advocating for injured clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution, including trial preparation
  • Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery-related motions
  • Take and defend depositions (parties, witnesses, and experts)
  • Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and trials
  • Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations
  • Evaluate cases and provide strategic recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Active and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar
  • 2+ years of civil litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
  • Experience handling cases through the full litigation lifecycle (not solely pre-litigation)
  • Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently
  • Trial experience is a plus
