MGM Resorts - - Responsibilities: Assist guests with transactions in line with Casino credit policies, and within specified guidelines; Balances all appropriate banks within the Cage with supervision at the end of the shift in accordance with departmental variance policy and completes all reports or forms accurately in compliance with Title 31; Promote, educate and drive guest enrollment into MGM Rewards program, MyVegas rewards program, and MGM Rewards Mastercard program; Ensure the security of company assets throughout the shift, including cash, chips, and tokens; Escalates guest complaints to the Casino Cage Shift Supervisor and responds effectively to guest inquiries related to the property and the local area
