MGM Resorts - - Responsibilities: Respond and resolve guest and/or employee complaints in a timely manner and creatively solve problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties; Responsible for pick station tasks including but not limited to; Inventory, stocking, logistics, and dispersion; Organize warehouse and refill shelves and chemical bottles as necessary; Contribute to the tracking of all items delivered to Housekeeping tower floors daily, ProHost room, Pick Station and items dispensed to other departments; Count and perform inventory on a daily and monthly basis, in various areas of the hotel
