Boyd Gaming - - Responsibilities: Retrieves food items from kitchen and storeroom areas to replenish serving areas for staff; Cleans utensils, equipment, and storage, food preparation and serving areas to maintain sanitary conditions; Inspects food items and work areas for proper hygiene and temperatures to prevent cross contamination; Loads carts, food warmers, trays, etc. to transport food/beverage items to other sites; Receives food and beverage orders from team members and serves items to staff
