Location: Las Vegas, Nevada- On-site

Job Responsibilities:

Domain Consultant CRM will be responsible for:

• Gathering the business requirements from C level executives/managers and Capabilities owners and creating a roadmap as per the direction.
• Analysis of existing Business System and Process of Client CRM Applications
• Strong presentation skills along with drafting an executive level PPT
• Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Requirement Management
• Understanding the current CRM applications and customer need for the TBD CRM applications
• Converting all discussions into an executive level presentations on the solutions
• Sound understanding or experience on CRM applications for any Bank or Cards issuer will be helpful

Required Qualification/Skills:

• 6 + Years of Banking/Financial Industry Experience
• Experience or strong understanding of CRM in Cards or banking area is plus
• Mandatory skills: Business Analysis, Requirement Management, Requirement Gathering, Executive presentations
• H CRM, Banking, Cards, MS Office, Visio
• IT/Financial/Engineering/MBA degree
