Job Title: Shipper / Receiver - Shipping and Receiving Associate
Job Description
This full-time Shipper/Receiver role is responsible for accurately shipping, receiving, and stocking finished goods to support timely and high-quality fulfillment of customer orders. You will use an ERP system, tablets, RF scanners, and material-handling equipment to process shipments, maintain accurate inventory, and uphold packaging and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Complete outbound shipmentsusing the ERP system and/or tablet, ensuring all transactions are accurate and timely.
- Pull, package, and palletize products for shipment according to customer, packaging, and quality standards.
- Verify that all incoming and outgoing shipments meet packaging, customer, and quality requirements.
- Receive incoming product, inspect as needed, and accurately stock and rotate inventory to maintain proper product flow.
- Identify, tag, store, and locate finished goods inventory so that items are easy to find and accurately recorded.
- Create and apply all required shipping documents for each pallet or shipment, including shipping labels, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely to move, load, and unload materials and finished goods.
- Use RF scanners and other warehouse technology to track inventory movements and maintain accurate records.
- Follow written and oral instructions, including safety guidelines, work instructions, and company policies.

Work Environment This is a full-time, non-exempt warehouse position based in Las Vegas, NV, with standard hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role regularly involves standing, walking, seeing, talking, and hearing, with occasional sitting. You will operate large equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks and must frequently position yourself to operate and maintain this equipment safely. The position requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment. The work environment includes regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and a loud noise level, with possible exposure to dust, heat, cold, and wet or humid conditions. Travel is not required for this role. Dress is appropriate for a warehouse setting, with personal protective equipment used as needed to support a safe and compliant workplace
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
